Teacher Jinjung, also known as Teacher Changgong, teaches that those who receive good food prepared by others must fulfill their responsibilities. If they consume without contributing, this creates imbalance—becoming a kind of spiritual illness that weakens both body and mind.

Good food should not be taken lightly or without discernment; it must be of true quality, both in substance and in intention.

This principle also applies to those who are popular and influential. Popularity is not a reward to be enjoyed selfishly, but a responsibility. When influential people focus only on improving their own talents without giving back, they risk creative decline and personal stagnation. Instead, they must serve the people drawn to them—offering strength, clarity, and vision.

True leadership is not about building oneself up endlessly, but about lifting others.
